bacel is a low cal margarine... maybe its only in Canada.. I figured that it must not be in the US cause i had a hard time searching for it on here LOL

From what I've been told your supposed to make sure your net calories are at least 1200 cal's per day.

I remember when I did WW a few years ago, you had the option to eat your exercise points each day or add them to your flex points which you also had the option to eat or not throughout the week. So on days you exercised you must dip well below 1200 calorie's.. hmmm....

Good Job! Not eating out is hard to do.. just think your taco's at home and chips and salsa were probably alot less calories then eating them out at a fast food place.

But then I add my exercise usually after 9pm and I come to the problem where I am back at around 800 calories and do not want to eat the extra 400 calories that late to bring my net…

I would have to agree with everyone else, Jillian Michael's all the way. I own almost all of hers and my favorite was 30 Day Shred. the biggest looser cardio jam was good as well.

I love subway too, but I think I am willing to give it up and maybe only eat it once a week or twice becuase I love seeing the scale actually go down more then subway haha! I love eating subway because I use to eat fast food on a daily basis (which is why I am here!!) and it makes me feel like I am still eating out even…

I'm confused on how many calories to eat after these replies. MFP told me to eat 1200 cal based on my office job and working out 5 nights a week for approx 45-60 mins. my BMR is 1541.95 - then if I work out 3-5 times a week I saw online I should multiply my BMR x 1.55 = 2390 So, basically I want to subtract 7000 calories a…

Thanks :) I know some weeks may be less, but some may more... all I'm hoping for is an average of 2lbs a week.
