Hello, Just wondering what the difference is between MFP and weight watchers?
I know weight watchers is a point system, but does anyone know how many calories are in 24 points?

I think it's approx 50 cals a point (from what I can remember) so 24 points is approx 1200... I think?!0

I remember when I did WW a few years ago, you had the option to eat your exercise points each day or add them to your flex points which you also had the option to eat or not throughout the week. So on days you exercised you must dip well below 1200 calorie's.. hmmm....0

You are supposed to eat your excercise calories on MFP also0

Well, the total calorie count on WW depends. Approximately 50 calories per point is a close guestimation, BUT for foods high in fiber, you get a "break" on calories. Meaning that if you eat a lot of fiber, you will end up eating more than 1200 calories.
But that was the old school way (like 10 years ago) and I much prefer MFP.0
