It has creatine nitrate in it which is why I'm asking. I was always told you have to workout for at least an hour if the preworkout has that in it or you will gain weight. :neutral:

I've had my ft4 for about... I say 5 years. I've never had a problem with it. I've replaced the batteries once and I bought a new chest strap this year since my first one wasn't fitting me properly anymore. It does everything I need/want it to do and it works perfectly.

I have gone to a couple different classes as well, they were a little better than the DVD's, but I still didn't enjoy them. I really like Zuzka Light's workouts. They are free on youtube or if you dont have access to that you can buy her workout DVD's for under $20 online. I also like Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam, but I personally would NEVER pay that much for workout DVD's. But if you look hard enough, you can just download them for free. =)

8 grams of fat = 72 calories 38 grams of carbs = 152 calories So unless there is 169 grams of protein in this cookie, you are SERIOUSLY freaking out over a simple typo.

One side note: I still dont eat any red meat and my iron is fine now. When I had it checked last year my doctor said it was scary low and I needed to come back asap and to get tested every week. I got tested again 2 weeks later and it was already improving just by adding the right food into my diet. Now i can always tell…

I couldn't take the iron pills. Made me SUPER sick for hours even after eating. I just have to make sure I eat lots of food with iron in them. But it took about a month to feel back to normal.

I've had mine for about a week now. For me, yes it was expensive and i'm sure in a year I probably wont use it anymore. But for now, its REALLY opened my eyes on how un-active I really am. They do work! I was doing ZWOW's last month (I did 18 of them!) and I can tell I'm getting stronger. I only lost a pound, but I took my measurements on Jan 19th (I forgot to do it until then) and then again this morning and I've lost 3 inches already. =D
