I'm currently doing Beachbody's T25 workout program. Is it okay to take a pre-workout supplement for this kinda workout? I currently have Cellcor C4.

Since it's mostly just caffeine, yeah... it's fine, provided you can stomach it and it doesn't make you jittery or nervous.

It has creatine nitrate in it which is why I'm asking. I was always told you have to workout for at least an hour if the preworkout has that in it or you will gain weight.

Nope... not true. Creatine is not a weight gainer, although it will make you take on a slight amount of water weight provided you are a responder, which will dissipate as time goes on. Creatine is, quite literally, the most widely studied and safest supplement on the market. I'm also guessing that it's not a high enough dose to even begin to matter.

Additionally, if you eat meat... you're eating creatine every single time you take a bite, pretty much.

Thats what I thought! I was talking about the preworkout I use vs what my friend at work uses and 4 guys jumped in and started giving me crap about my workouts not being long enough and that I was going to gain a ton of weight by using it.
I just love the extra push it gives me since I workout after work and all I really want to do is take a nap and not workout when I get home.
