Thank you, I'll give that a try. It goes against the grain to put my calories up but it does make sense and I was interested to hear that a nutritionist had said the same.

I got stuck in exactly the same place for weeks! Are you stuck in a food rut - eating the same things, if so change what you're eating, shake it up a bit. Try changing the exercise you do or if you don't do anything start, a 30 minute brisk walk everyday worked wonders for me :) Good luck hope it starts moving again!

Thank you, I know I'm generally doing ok but my pattern seems to be not to lose anything for 2-3 weeks and then lose 3 or 4lbs in one week, I'd rather be losing steadily!!! You're doing really well, 13lbs in 5 weeks is amazing, doesn't matter how old you are it is exciting to see the pounds falling off :)
