  • This is my workout Wednesday photo. I have been walking my son's dog Charlie(left) as my workout lately. He is pretty strong and we go pretty quick except for a few pitstops. He has gotten me into a routine with my workouts. Today my daughter joined us so we were able to bring my dog Daisy(right) along too. :)
