I eat white rice and haven't noticed an impact on my weight loss. I think as long as my calories are under limit, I will lose weight. If I want to eat 1400 calories of biscuits or 1400 calories of vegetables, it really doesn't matter. I'll be healthier for picking the veggies, but I'll still lose weight if I don't. I don't…

I read somewhere that amchoor powder is a good salt alternative, but I haven't tried it myself. Might be worth a google :)

I'm the same, I know I eat more in the evenings so I eat less calories during the day to compensate. I also split my meal up at night, so I'll eat a low cal soup or salad, then a bit later a main, then a bit later a dessert. Drag it out a bit.

Me too, I came from Calorie Count :) I didn't think the food database was very UK-friendly and it was fiddly to add stuff. I gave up and ended up here. I still get their daily email thingy though - I like the articles and getting a daily email seems to help keep me on track.
