A few ryvita thins, a slice of cheese, some parma ham slices and some olives is a low-calorie lunch I like. It takes time to eat too (because of assembling it all and picking at it) which helps me. Parma ham is only about 40 calories a slice :)

Ooh I'd love a willy for a day ... I have a whole list of things I'd do with it! :)

I can't help with the photo uploading I'm afraid, but I've looked on your profile and in my opinion there is a very definite change - you've got a lovely shape now! Your waist looks nipped in and you look a lot flatter. Well done you :)
-
Easy. Count it in.

This! Obsessive planning. If I know exactly what I'm eating and exactly when, I do better than weeks where I ad lib. Plan your next day as soon as you close today's diary.

In my first 10 weeks I lost 20lbs - I did nothing extreme, I stuck to my 1400 calories and had the occasional blip. I reckon if you are proper dedicated you would beat this easily.

Wow thanks everyone :) loads to get me going!

I make bean chilli - tin of Mexican beans, tin of lentils, tin of tomatoes, packet of chilli mix (all from Asda!) and you just whack it all in a pan and cook until the sauce thickens a bit. Costs about £2.50 and I divide it into 6 so it works out at 170 cals a portion. Makes a nice change from quorn anyway :)

The poster that said watermelon - I second this! You can have massive chunks of it for not many calories.Especially now we're getting nearer to summer .... Yum! I do pretty much what's already been mentioned - treat sized choccys, sugar free jelly (this with walls light vanilla ice cream is a v low calorie pudding), I am a…

I keep a bag of treat-size dairy milk bars in my house. They're only 80 cals so you get your sugar fix without battering your day! That said, I try not to eat as a comfort thing in response to a bad day - it's a good habit to break. But on days when you do need a little treat, make it something that won't destroy all your…

I make bean chilli - tin of tomatoes, tin of Asda Mexican beans, tin of lentils, packet of chilli con carne mix ... takes 10 min and costs about £2.50 for six portions!! Freezes ok (goes a tiny bit mushy but it's still nice). The calories in mine come out at 142 per portion :)

This happened to me! I made asparagus soup, ate it for like a week solid and lost more weight than normal. I was so pleased! But it came back the next week when I stopped eating it :) oh well. Still yummy though.

I think the 4 grand reward is there to motivate you to lose the weight - if it was me, I would be very dedicated and stick to my "diet" but I wouldn't go mental and start doing things I can't sustain. How annoyed would you be if you stick to this 800 calorie juice thing but some other nutter has been even more extreme and…

My hair is naturally dirty blonde too, and I've just dyed my hair bright red, out of a box. It looks cool I love it! I don't think there's anything wrong with box colours, salons are sooooo expensive.

Ooh I love a low cal hot chocolate too ... Highlights Fudge is my fave. YUM.
-
Oh my god. This is so blatant.
-
My favourite sugar fix is minimilk lollies - specifically the chocolate ones. 35 cals. Amazing. I love them!

Just change your settings to lightly active? Or more. I think that takes into account having an active job so you don't need to log it :)
-
I'm a soup addict too, one of my favourites is carrot and coconut. Recipe is at http://weescottishkitchen.nourishedmagazine.com.au/2008/02/12/carrot-coconut-soup/ Can be tweaked to make it more low-cal (light coconut milk, I only put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in instead of all that butter!!)

I have a horrendous sweet tooth but drinking diet coke keeps it happy! The way I see it is if I choose diet coke over chocolate (for example), that's going to be better for my diet. As I'm on MFP obviously I prioritise a calorie-controlled diet over everything else, otherwise I'd be off doing Atkins or Paleo or some other…

Ohhhhhhh I totally forgot about Cage The Elephant, those two songs are fantastic for running!! Shake Me Down needs a mention too, I love that song ... not really good for running though **wanders off topic**
-
Sugar free jelly is another one of my faves as well - I get them Hartley's powdered ones, I think it's about 20 cals for half of the entire packet! Also if you put it with two little scoops of the Walls light vanilla ice cream you get jelly and ice cream for under 100 calories. Wow between the minimilk lollies and the…

Am I the only one who smiled at this and thought the OP was being light-hearted?!
-
Mini milk lollies! They're only 30 calories and it's always enough to sort out ice cream cravings for me :)

Ok :) Them Crooked Vultures - No One Loves Me & Neither Do I (good for warm up) You Me At 6 - Underdog, Loverboy Foo Fighters - The Pretender, All My Life The White Stripes - Denial Twist (LOVE this, proper gets me going!!) The Vaccines - Norgaard Pendulum - Slam I also forgot- Air Traffic - Charlotte My Chemical Romance -…

I like running to rock-y stuff too - on my iPod at the mo there is: Them Crooked Vultures You Me At Six Foo Fighters The White Stripes The Vaccines Pendulum (not really rock, but about the only dance music I can stand. Wicked for running to though)
-
This is so cool. My list would be: 1. Special K oats & honey 2. Crab sticks 3. Mini milk lollies 4. Teriyaki marinade 5. Sugar free vimto 6. Spinach & watercress salad bags 7. Harley's sugar free lime jelly powder 8. Cup a soups 9. Stir fry 10. Rice

I eat the same breakfast every single day. It's one less meal I have to think about, which in the mornings is a good thing. I think it helps keep me in a "diet" mindset too.

Hello! You an add me too if you like, I'm from drizzly Manchester :)

Meee, I'm in Manchester :)
