I know...it took me over two months and worked hard (both exercise and diet) to lose that 10 lbs..it probably only takes less than a week to gain back the weight :)

I asked the same question when I first started my diet and exercise two months ago. I started my 1,200 calories count and excised every day but still didn't see the result the first month. But then my weights started dropping every week which I had lost almost 11 lbs since September 23. Don't give up..just keep exercising…
