How to lose more?
I started the 1,200 calories and have been going to the gym since September and have lost over 10 lbs as of first week of November. But then I haven't lose more weights since then...I still exercise and maintain my 1,200/day..Why am I not seeing better result?

How to avoid gaining weight during the holiday
