lost weight but still got belly

I have been exercised and on the 1,200 calories diet since Sept'2012. Lost almost 15 lbs and now weight about 116 with 5'3". But I still have belly fat which looks like a I am carrying a donut especially when I sit down. I don't want to lose more weight but hoping to look better to get rid of this belly fat. Any suggestions?

    that's body composition, and you can't just diet that away. Start weight training, and keep your calories at maintenance, and you will see your stomach shrink
