Hi - I've been a silent member of MFP lately but I definitely need to get back in and be more active. I added myself to the bottom of the spreadsheet. I've been weighing myself for the past 6 weeks, just haven't been posting. MFP Start: 178 UGW: 140-ish Challenge SW: 169 Challenge GW: 160 Week 1: 168.5 Week 2: 170.6 Week…

Put me down for 2 I probably don't need 2 shirts (not even sure I need 1), but I'm going to get 2 anyway. Because I like both blue and lime :)
-
As far as I know it doesn't. I put my weight into MFP and it ends up there - Its been a long time since I set it up but I assume I have it linked to MFP. I have a cheap scale from Target

I hadn't weighed myself in a while so I went with the first weight when I did. The reason why I like to weigh every day is because the last 2 days I've weighed in at 167.6 so I think that one is closer to my "true" weight. So still a weight gain over the holidays but I'll take a 2.6 lb weight gain over a 5 lb one

For those that want to use a computer, I recommend Trendweight.com - last I checked they don't have an app though.

MFP SW: 178 Challenge SW: 170 Challenge GW: 155 UGW: 140-ish Week 1: 170.0 I knew I had gained weight over the past 6 weeks or so, but I didn't know it was 5 lbs! :'(

This sounds great. I like royal blue. I don't plan on getting a brightly colored one, so I'll let those who do pick that one. Thank you Stan @Stoshew71! And thank you to @Virkati and @Elise4270 for volunteering to help ship them!

Are we doing all men's sizing or men's and women's? I don't really care, but it matters for what size I'm going to get :)

Man, I go away for a couple of days for New Year's stuff and come back and I have 5 pages to read through! Japan has lots of New Year's celebrations and traditions. It's a big deal here, so the past couple of days have been fun. The area I live in (Sasebo) is known for making these really interesting spinning tops…

I joined a challenge called Run the Year 2016 (http://www.runtheyear2016.com/). I'm doing it as a team with 2 other people. It's about running, walking, or crawling 2,016 miles in the year 2016. Since I'm doing it as a group I don't have to do all of the 2,016 miles by myself. I hope it's going to be good motivation to…

Hey everyone! I didn't post a lot in the last challenge, but then the last 6 weeks I really dropped off and didn't input my weight or come to the group to read the posts - sorry! I really noticed that I didn't lose weight and likely even gained a couple of pounds in that time, so I obviously need to be a part of this…
-
I'm in for 60 miles  I'm also doing the 2,016 miles in 2016 - but I'm including both walking and running.

I love the design! I also have paypal so I can pay for shipping if we had one central shipper.

I would be interested in buying a shirt. I'd buy either long or short sleeved, but would prefer short. Don't really have much preference on color. I have an APO, FP address. Some companies count it as a US address, some don't  So I might need help
-
Yay. Thanks for sharing :) I posted it on my newsfeed yesterday but had several pages in here to catch up on. I signed up for it but will be counting both walking and running. I'm not up to running 2016 miles in a year yet ;) My fitbit says I've walked+ran 1700 miles, but it's low since there's a few weeks in there where…

Having not been on for a few days, I have about 150 posts to go through :o Went on a slow short run this morning - the first since rolling my ankle a little over a week ago. Left ankle felt fine, but about 0.5 mi in my right lower leg was having trouble. Muscles were cramping up and causing pain. Not sure why. It turned my…

Well after 2 days of travel + 1 day back at work (first day back is always crazy), I had 4 pages of posts to catch up on haha. @_nikkiwolf_ - glad your toe is feeling better! @runner_girl83 - I started running in college, then stopped for a few years and then picked it back up about 2 years ago @kristinegift - nice…

@kareF and @5BeautifulDays - Thanks. It looks worse today (swelling and bruising) but actually feels better. I'm icing it periodically and got some good stuff to wrap it up to hopefully decrease the swelling (without decreasing those good immune/inflammatory cells to help heal everything). I think it's a first or second…

@Elise4270 - so sorry to hear about your favorite dog!! :( *hugs to you!* @skippygirlsmom - awesome shirts! :) @Stoshew71 - I don't remember what time you were aiming for, but congratulations on finishing!! I can't wait to hear all about it. @skippygirlsmom - cute picture of Stan with Skip :) @3dogsrunning - where can I…

3.1 miles this morning. Tried out some new trail shoes - they guide me to bend a bit more in the ankle than I'm used to (but need to do), so I could feel it in my calves by mile 1. I think these shoes will be good for me in the long run but will take some getting used to :)
-
Got in a good 4 miles today. Felt bad the first mile, but then my IT band warmed up enough and stopped hurting. I had thought about cutting it short, but once it warmed up it was fine. :)
-
Did some time on the elliptical tonight. Nothing to add to my ticker today, but plan to run tomorrow :)
-
Wait, did I miss a conversation where someone judged you for pie? Or maybe that's why you changed profile picture? I just had a dessert after breakfast (a couple squares of dark chocolate with spicy heat - didn't know dessert after breakfast was a thing? why yes it is ) haha ;)

@tdbernrd - awesome job at your HM! @Elise4270 - love the profile picture ;) @ddmom0811 - glad to hear the wedding went well  Finally got rid of my cold and got a good 6.2 miles in today :) I have a HM next Saturday and I plan to walk some as my training hasn't been as good as planned. I'll make sure to pay…

Yay! Congrats to both of you!

3 miles in on the treadmill today. I've been doing the treadmill because this viral cold still has a hold on me and I tire out quickly so I don't want to get far from home and run out of "gas." Wish this dang cold would just go away! Most of my symptoms are better, just the tiredness and a little bit of a stuffy nose left.
-
@msf74 - sorry you had a bad run! Tell the pigeons to be appreciative that your cap didn't take them out and get them to deal with the cab drivers haha ;) @WhatMeRunning - ouch! Hope your knee feels better soon! @skippygirlsmom - thanks for the link, will check it out. I love Fleet Feet! My whole family shops…

Went to the running store today. My Mom offered to buy me some of the things I wanted for Christmas. Between her buying me things and me buying myself things I got: -New road shoes -New trail shoes -Running tights for cold weather -Gloves -A Christmas running shirt with the phrase "Run Happy" I had so much fun trying…

@kareF - Yay! I'm so happy to hear the good news for you! @7lenny7 - you win with the correct diagnosis for my Garmin calorie counting issue. I disconnected the accounts and today's run showed a normal calorie count. I'm going to keep them disconnected and just go with my Fitbit because it always estimates lower…
