  • I'm new here. I have about 15kg to lose (33 pounds). I'm not a daily logger, I never seem to find the time (although I write everything down, just to be sure) but I do track my progress and I would like to know that others will see my progress, so that I can feel accountable. Feel free to add me :)
  • I weigh myself every morning. I find it's much easier to tweek my diet, and my eating habits if I know the day-to-day impact my diet has on my weight.
