I like a strong bolder flavor. BBQ vs ketchup spicy brown mustard vs yellow but i don’t really care for spicy food it isn’t that i don’t like it and i can handle it in certain amounts It’s that i like to taste my food and i find for me the heat masks it

Ketchup here I ONLY use It on a burger (with other things including mustard and mayo) and on the side with french fries i tend to like bolder flavors like spicy brown mustard and BBQ sauce
