Talk to me about WW
The other plan I was on was ok. I did well for a while, but I’m done with it. I will be joining a gym with my daughter in the next couple of weeks so I’ll have access to a scale again. Thinking of returning to WW but don’t know what the plan looks like now. Any thoughts? Feedback?

Eating Through Grief
My mother-in-law passed away last week. She was amazing! Very special and loving lady that left an imprint on people’s hearts. This time around I am not weighing myself. I akways get scale obsessed and I just can't do it again. I have a size goal this time... as in my goal is to fit into a size ---- comfortably. I have to drop 5 sizes. I am officially down 1. Feeling great!

A new approach
I have really been struggling lately. Floundering. No plan. As many know I work in a gym so I finally decided to ask my boss for help. He is an expert on diet, exercise etc. It's been over 2 weeks and I am doing fabulously. It's very "clean" eating. I'm already feeling better.
