Updates

Trying to return to the message board. Will be scrolling through to get updated on everyone. As for me…

- decided this version of weight watchers wasn’t for me
- joined my fitness pal premium
- joined a gym and lucked out with an amazing trainer(see him 2 times a week now)
- weigh in every other friday. down 46.5lbs. want to lose a total of 100.

for the first time in a long time i feel in control

    I use both, but WW is my in person. I really need to go there to keep me in check.

    I can be the same way. Right now I feel very much accountable to my trainer. If i don’t see him at the gym i typically send him my heart rate monitor of my workout.

    eventually i will have him look at my diet
    but since im losing steady we both feel it isn’t necessary yet
