BOOT CAMP - NEED some ideas!!!

I am a general fitness instructor who specializes in working with special groups.
I mostly deal with seniors, kids, those new to exercise, those recovering from injuries, and special needs kids and adults.

I have been asked to teach TWO classes. One Boot Camp one Gym Warrior.
Both for high functioning special needs Tweens to Teens.

I was thinking obstacle course and a few sets of Tabata would work.
but
I am looking for ideas for the class.

I took a stretch and strength training class at my community college (I'm a prof there, age 52 so tuition was cheap) and the class was great! The instructor used active isolated stretching (AIS) for the first 10 weeks and for the last 5 weeks, she did TRX suspension training. I now go to her suspension training boot camps (she also uses a unique jump rope for cardio) every 1-2 weeks and bought a suspension trainer for $40 for my basement. I use it for 15 minutes 3 times a week and it does wonders to keep me toned up. I highly recommend suspension training. Also, AIS is fantastic. I've never felt better!

I go to an awesome bootcamp where they do a lot of bodyweight exercises. Start off with a short 10 min run/job. Then 3 to 4 rounds of bodyweight exercises as follows: 10 deep squats, 10 pushups, 10 kettlebell (if have them) swings, 10 pullups (chin to bar or box jumps), some skiprope (awesome cardio), etc etc... mix it up!!!
