On Sundays my husband makes me a couple of plain chicken breasts. I typically use that as my protein 3 nights, turning them into a variety of different concoction. Plus there are always leftovers from Saturday’s dinner for another night. Sometimes I make meatballs, meatloaf etc and freeze leftovers to add variety

I plan for a treat on Friday nights. I look forward to it. It’s nothing outrageous or decadent, but it’s not something i do daily. Consistency is important to me, more so now than ever.

Not a huge pumpkin fan. I mean i like it well enough, but it just doesn’t tempt me. In the fall I prefer apples, especially apples and cinnamon.

Although auto- pilot doesn’t work for me, I am,in a sort of parallel way, in the same boat. My brain HAS to be engaged and focused. It’s when it checks out that i have a problem. Kind of like cruise control. You can set everything up to move ahead without any adjustments, but you still have to steer if you’re heading off…

I can be the same way. Right now I feel very much accountable to my trainer. If i don’t see him at the gym i typically send him my heart rate monitor of my workout. eventually i will have him look at my diet but since im losing steady we both feel it isn’t necessary yet

No idea yet. Just the hubby and me this year, so we tend to wing it. I did make myself my favorite french toast this morning (he’s still sleeping) and topped it with fresh strawberries and banana. So good

Me too! My husband does our regular grocery shopping on Saturday mornings. I am betting the stores will be worse today than the Saturday before Christmas!
