I'm up 1.4 pounds. I'm having a little bit of a rough patch. I'm not eating quite as restricted as I need to be, and the naproxen (which I stopped a couple of days ago) caused a major increase in "measured weight" (as opposed to "actual weight"). I think the naproxen causes some sort of fluid retention, and it was more severe than I usually experience with ibuprofen. Now that I've stopped it, a couple of pounds came off in a couple of days, but there's more to go.
I tried running again the other day, but had to stop after 3/4 of a mile because of pain from my running injury. It's a bummer. I'm still getting on the exercise bike, but it's not as efficient as running. We all know you can't outrun a bad diet, but the loss of running means I really need to tighten up my intake even more.
In any case, I'll keep working on sticking to my plan and see how that goes once I'm fully compliant.

I’m up this week, and solidly into the Red Zone. My hope and belief is that once I get past the results of Tuesday’s procedure, my weight will largely return to its normal pattern. Until then, I’m being reasonable but not restrictive on my food choices. That may or may not be “the better choice”, but I’m more afraid of the results of restrictive behavior than I am about a presumably temporary weight gain.2

Up 1.2# today, but squeaked by for my Lifetime weigh-in at WW.4

Up 1.6 lbs this week. I over did it yesterday on the 4th. So I'll adjust and cut back on portions from yesterday and I over did it on the extra bread and beans. I believe that did it but not sure.
I cut back one pill of Lasix in stead of two @ 80 MG I've been taking one 40 MG that could do it also. On to another week.

Someone please humor me and tell me I'm not the only one struggling to keep days of the week straight during this holiday week!
I will have an on-plan day today and weigh in tomorrow.

I'm just checking in for accountability. I'm out of town with no scale access. Yesterday's road trip included too much bad food. I felt gross about it. It wasn't the quantity but the quality. I commented that a particular cookie was not really good . . . but I kept eating them. Dumb.
Today's family gathering included much great food, and I ate with intention and didn't feel a bit deprived. Tomorrow is another travel day, then two more days of staying put, then more travel. I just need to stay focused.
I said that my goal for this trip was to maintain. I'm sticking with that goal. However, a couple days after my last weigh-in I dipped into the next "decade" of weight, and I was on cloud nine. It was a fleeting moment, and I was back to normal the following day. But I want to stay focused on getting there and staying there.1 -

. . . , a couple days after my last weigh-in I dipped into the next "decade" of weight, and I was on cloud nine. It was a fleeting moment, and I was back to normal the following day. But I want to stay focused on getting there and staying there.
I sometimes think those decades exist just to taunt us. 😉1
