I have decided to take a selfie every Monday morning so I can compare and "see" my progress
Thinking I will do my face, torso and hips.
Although I will only compare once a month, I want to once a week, with the idea I can do a "shrink" video next year

Love the idea of a "shrink" video!

I recently started using a new under eye cream and took a selfie beforehand so that I can see if it is worth the money.

PSA: Cataract surgery gives you wrinkles and under eye bags :-(

Yes, I know they were there all along I just couldn't see that clearly. That was a rude shock.

Great way to document your progress!

If it was me, it would start out as an 'expand' video first and hopefully would soon make its way to a 'shrink' vid. B)

@gadgetgirlIL you just reminded me of a somewhat similar experience with the eye sight comment.

When I was younger and got my first pair of contacts, I found that not being able to see well led me to keeping eye contact with good looking guys longer...which led to meeting more of them. Once I could see I was more intimidated and broke the eye contact. Thanks for the crazy memory.

I hate and like this. I am taking a back posture etc class. They took photos 6 weeks ago of us sitting, standing & bending. It was ugly. But there was a certain motivation in it. Thursday they take the final set. Now I am thinking of continuing it each month. I think it would help keep me rooted in reality and focused on changing it. I think the trick is not to just use it as a negative motivator but as a trigger for positive change and self identification. Intriguing to say the least.

I'm not sure about this, if mine ever got out it would break the internet.

Imagine, thousands of people with eyes gouged out.
