I've heard that the 16/8 is great. Some people refer to it as the "8 hour ab diet." Do you truly feel like it helps shred more fat than just eating your normal calories all day long? Obviously I'm exercising 5-6x per week too.

I see greek yogurt is on here a few times. Definitely a GREAT option. Results are 80% diet and 20% fitness. Exercise is needed in order to tone your body. (This in response to a post on this feed). Using a heart rate monitor during exercise will give you an accurate calorie burn number. MFP is usually too high on calories burnt.

I am not sure. I do know that the Polar monitors are mostly used during exercise rather than all day wear. Yes the option is there, but it's mostly for using during physical activity.
