Looking down in the shower and not being able to see what i thought i would be able to, quite cliche but very true, now im coming up on a year since i started using MFP and started training and ive never felt better in my life :D

My maintainence weight is usually 80kg, i allow myself 1kg either side of that I recently put on a bit of my weight back so i am in a losing phase right now but i think my next maintaining phase will be at about 78kg with 1kg either way being acceptable

I dont adjust at all, I eat my cals as is and still hit my macros the same for a training day and a non training day, only difference is that i eat back my cals on a training day

What could have caused this? eating too low of a deficit?

I eat a lot of complex carbs, or at least my daily recommended amount, im not sure that this will be the reason because i didnt eat complex carbs before the weight loss and that is when it was at its highest :/

I figured the water intake could account for the peeing, however it also happens on days that i dont drink excessive amounts I eat 1720 calories at the moment, which is 1lb a week defecit, my goal amount of fat is 46g however i regularly go over that, so long as i dont go over my saturates

I only ever eat 1 and a half hours to 2 hours before working out then by the time i have finished my work out it is time to eat again in my 5 meal 3 hour cycle

There is no 24 hr gyms in my area unfortunately, that would solve all of my problems as i would go after a long shift, I go to the gym all other days, if im only doing a half shift i will go either before or after and on my days off i always make a point of going to the gym, its just on those long shifts where it makes it…
