Congratulations now you're doing them correctly. Putting those elbows way out puts extra pressure on your shoulder joint, you could injure yourself. http://crossfitdoneright.com/2011/03/07/push-up-and-shoulder-pain/

Weight loss is quick at first then it starts to slow as there is less to lose. If you are hitting 2-4 lbs a month loss you will be fine. Be careful not to go too low on cals as it will eventually backfire on you. Also as you gain muscle it will offset your scale so you may lose some fat and gain muscle for a net zero loss…

Sounds like a good way to tear a calf muscle, or sprain your ankle.

1lb in a week is just perfect. No one can hit the macros and cal # on the money every single time. It's a guide, treat it as such. Fruit will always put you over on sugar, don't even track it unless you use a lot of added sugar or eat things like cakes. You are doing fine. :flowerforyou:

That ^ start doing a boatload of squats, dead lifts, and bench press.

Cross reference it with an online calculator for the activity. Cal burns on HRM are usually over-estimated. In the last link is some info on HR zones and training http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/ http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc http://walking.about.com/cs/fitnesswalking/a/hearttraining_2.htm

Get you butt to the gym 3-4 times a week for 30 to 60 mins each session. The exercise not only burns cal but helps your mental well being, you feel better! If you can't do that then walk everyday for 20-60 mins. Exercise is key to getting your body reshaped.

It says "Prohibited OFF DUTY ATTIRE" ... unless you consider yourself an on duty civilian it doesn't apply to you. It is i reference to Military personnel who are off duty (ie out of uniform). Actually I don't think a Burger, Fries n a Shake would be bad for you if you are an active 16 year old, especially an athlete. Trouble is, that most people that eat that stuff aren't and it develops poor eating habits.

Dude if you can rock-em & you are comfortable, then rock-em. I was a lifeguard back in the day, the Mark Spitz days that is. All my coworkers wore them. I even had a pair of the stars n strips ones!
