The "flu shot," is an inactivated vaccine (not containing live virus). It is given by injection, it wont give you the flu it may make you feel flu like. Go Google vaccine for definition and educate yourself. So I guess you are in favor of letting kids get polio, whooping cough, etc and see it they can "survive"....

Yes exercise releases endorphins that make you feel good. The more you exercise your endurance improves, so it will take a higher intensity to make you feel fatigued in the same amount of time.

I do know more than you it appears. These aren't just calories there is a metabolic effect from excessive or continued drinking. I don't see where she is talking about a single drink now and then, sounds like saving up for weekly drinking binge, and that will slow your progress. You asked for an opinion and I gave one.…

2 workouts isn't really enough... 3-4 a week for 30 mins of activity. YES it is better to just hit the 30 minutes each day for so many days.

If your body likes to store fat in say your belly area, then that is the last place it will be when you still have some. As you lose weight, it proportionally drops from all over your body not just one spot. a.k.a. You can't spot reduce. :bigsmile: Oh yes, you can add me if you like.
