Awesome job! Over 100 pounds is simply incredible! Major difference! You should feel very proud of yourself and what you have worked so hard to achieve!

I have often do that, especially when I was working on getting enough/not too much of a certain macro. It makes it easier during the day. If something comes up and you choose to alter your plans there is a delete button on your food log. I find it is easier to plan nutritious, filling meals when I pre-log as opposed to…

I'm 5'4" and for the first time ever, I am too tall! This makes me ridiculously happy. ;)

Walking is a great post baby workout. I really wouldn't push to hard on more intense exercises for awhile afterwards. Every women is different. Every pregnancy is different. I have 7 children and with some of my babies, I was ready to conquer the world the next day with others it was months before I felt human again.…

This. Children belong with their parents. Yes, some education might be beneficial, but taking the children away seems awfully extreme.

I'm in Madagascar. So, we are only 1 time zone different. :)

My goal is at least once a week. I prefer more frequently, but life gets busy. I can only hope you mean that it took you 6 months to change to a different type of sheets, as in lighter for warm weather and heavier for cold weather. Otherwise, that is entirely too gross.

Way to go for that dad! That is awesome that even though he was discouraged to make a change he did it. Way to go for the son who worked with his dad and listened to the nutritionist!

This was a staged scenario. Why couldn't some one who was poor have a mini garden in their window sill? Why couldn't they forage or hunt? Why not buy dried beans for protein? Why not buy canned peaches with light or no syrup? There are options. I have had times where money was severely limited, and while I would be the…

This is kind of my thought too. The truly poor are starving. The people with low incomes have a choice of what to buy. Yes, sometimes junk food is cheap, but that doesn't mean there are no alternatives. A pack of seeds cost less than a bag of chips. Sometimes, things might be difficult, but that doesn't mean "destined to…

Ditto on a lot of what has been said already. Options like FitnessBlender on youtube, Jillian Michaels (free on youtube or like $10 at Walmart), Leslie Sansone on you tube are great starter workouts. Take walks with your baby or go for a hike with your baby strapped on. Also, there are tons of exercise videos available…

I play piano and flute, am working on violin (little bits here and there) and I sing. I love music it is very much a part of me. It will be interesting to see how many of my children love music too.

I wouldn't trade it for the world!

I would have to disagree with this. I am a mom of 7 children. I have lost the weight after each of them and never with the use of a food scale. It isn't a matter of laziness, but of reality. If I am going to get 7 children fed, I don't have time to measure out and weigh each item I am eating and then record it, etc. I do…

Just your "average" mom of 7 and pretty proud of it!

The carbs you should stay away from are the ones that make you go over on your calorie limit for the day. You should stay away from any food that makes you go over unless you exercise some more and then you could eat some more. ;)

Wow! There are a lot of really grumpy people! I could totally see someone taking their infant to work especially if they are breastfeeding. Whether or not I took our children to my husbands workplace largely depended on the type of environment and whether or not it would be a disruption or unsafe. With one of his jobs it…

This! Almost everywhere I go men hold open the doors and I say "thank you" and smile. I don't think they are trying "to pick me up"; I assume they are just being a gentlemen. When I have gone to a co-ed gym and a guy offered to help with something or offered encouragement I took it at face value and if I need help I said…

Great shots! I love the beauty of the insignificant! Great job!

I don't tell my children Santa Claus is real (or Easter Bunny or Tooth Fairy or whatever other silly things like that.) However, my children are aware of the tradition. I tell them it is a game people like to play or pretend about. I will not lie to my children. One day they will figure it out or hear from someone else and…

Well, that saves lots of time in my day! No carrying around my twin toddlers (about 54 pounds when holding both), no laundry baskets full of clothes for 9 people, no carrying groceries,no helping the children get their school books down, no vacuuming, etc. Although if I can't lift anything over 3 lbs. I might need my…

^This and moderation. Don't gorge, but it is okay to enjoy a favorite dessert now and then.

Promises mean something to those whom it means something too. How's that for reassuring? My husband and I have been married 10 years and I am thrilled with the prospect of till death do us part. We both have been selfish at times, as all humans are, but we also both have learned to forgive and work on trouble areas…

Wow! They are only 5 months are you are already down that much! Way to go you! Great job! I was so hungry from nursing them that it took awhile for me to get the weight off and I would get stuck at points and have to adjust calories, but not too much so it wouldn't affect supply. You are doing great just keep going. Maybe…

I wouldn't go so far as to say that leashes are for "fat/lazy parents". You can not possibly know what a parent/child situation is in the minute it takes for you to walk by them. That being said, I have 7 children when my twins were born #6 my eldest was 7, and I don't use leashes. I practiced at home what was expected…

No problem. It took me awhile to figure it out, but someone on MFP helped me out too. If you want to change the size you can go into edit, select the pic you want and click resize then change the width and the height.

On the photobucket site there is a part that says IMG. That is the one you want to select. Once you copy that over change the IMG to img. Also delete before the . Hope that helps.

Aww..thanks! I fluctuate some, but try to not let it get to far off.
