I have the Polar RCX5 GPS, there is also a cheaper version the RCX3 GPS. It is great for the gym and dvds at home. The GPS makes it great and accurate for running aswell. You can log onto a website which tracks all the exercise you have done, the route, speed and length of your run. I would really recommend any Polar, but…

I also gained 2lb the first week, but still lost in inches. The second week I lost 2lb and then at the end of the 3rd week I drop another 8lb. Don't concentrate too much on the scale. It gets better. As you develop more and become fitter, you will find it enjoyable and easier. I am on my last day of week 3 and am astonished by the improvement of my health and fitness in these past 3 weeks! Keep up the good workouts and try to stay motivated!
