I'm using the zigzag method and it does work. I have hit 2 plateaus....the first one lasted for 4 weeks, but I didn't zigzag at that point. That was so frustrating. When I hit the second plateau I started zigzagging. Plateau broke quickly!! Love this method and also allows me to have something to eat on those high calorie…

I am having the same problem. I started zig zagging my calories....one day up more then down the next. It seems to be working....down a pound finally after 3 weeks but it's very frustrating!
