Do you think your 'mass' is muscle or fat? If it's muscle, then you should play basketball. If not, squats will build muscle, and the exercise will help tame the 'masses'.

UGH!! I lost 26 pounds between Jan and Apr. Then I kinda relaxed. Gained 5 pounds back in a snap. So now I'm back on the decline. I hate how slow it goes. I hate how boring it is, how flavorless, how tedious. Gaining is so much faster, flavorful and exciting. :)

I'm guessing you're going to be well on your way to that goal very quickly. Make sure you're drinking enough water, and (very important) make sure you're eating your burned calories to hit your daily goal. Didn't make sense at first to me, but I swear by it now.

Don't sweat Disneyland. You're not going to do that every day, are you? Enjoy the park, enjoy your vacation, do your best, but don't beat yourself up if you slip. Just get back on the horse as soon as you can and pick up from where you left off.

Put together a resume, detailing your education, work experience, and if that doesn't fill a whole page, include what your employment interests and goals are. Look at maybe taking a course at a college or something (evening maybe) and network with others, say you're looking for work and what kind of work. Get your name out…

It's my understanding that your body heals from both sickness AND from muscle injury/breakdown while you sleep. And never while you're awake. So yeah, napping after a workout would be awesome! If I only had the time....
