My wife and I tried it on one of our previous, half-hearted attempts at weight loss. Yeah, phase I is tough. Phase II is great. We bought some South Beach cookbooks, and love them.

Weight loss is a daily thing. If you get off, get back on tomorrow, and DON'T LOOK BACK. It's not worth it. Just look forward and keep swimming!

Way to go! Yeah, gaining is easy, losing and maintaining is tough. Or so I understand. Haven't made it where I want to be yet. Thank you for sharing. It's a good reminder of what we can look forward to after working hard like you have.

You are great! And that's the case no matter how much you might or might not weigh. You're just great!!

A friend of mine uses the FitBit and swears by it. I've looked hard and long at it, but have yet to pull the trigger. I'm also looking at a HRM, also no trigger pulled.

I recommend therapy. Couples, and yourself. You're going to the cupboards because it makes you feel better. You've been trained to feel better when you eat (watch what a mother does with a crying new born). Instead, identify what you're really feeling before you get some food out. Realize what's making you choose that…

Congratulations!! That's awesome!

Thank you for the suggestion, but Zupas isn't on there. I'm bookmarking the site though!!

Thank you!

I'll add, and ask the same! Here we go! Getting smaller!

I don't mean to sound negative. Sorry. But you force me to recognize that I'm resentful of my past decisions. I want to blame everyone or everything else for how I got to where I am today, but that's not fair. I did this. *sigh* It's exciting to envision my end goal becoming reality, and that's a positivity I feed on. I…
