I started the 30 day shred in January and I weighed 341 lbs at the time. Do what you can. Jumping jacks (yes just jumping jacks) felt like i was gonna die. I keep a case of water in my van. During the winter it stays chilled and during the summer I'll throw them in the cooler. I drive full time for work so its a must have!

He wasn't saying no carbs at all, just choosing better carbs. Carbs from fruit break down faster than those from starchy carbs like those above. It is ok to have in moderation, but I find it difficult personally to stop once I start :)
