I agree with the Chex mix. I love the caramel pieces, but there aren't enough of them. Which is probably a blessing. It's an awesome 3pm snack, where you are almost burned out from your day at work, but don't want to ruin dinner, or your whole diet!:tongue:

I think that coffee is from a powder, but I'm not sure. So here is what I have in my calorie counter book. For 8oz it lists 60 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. I think with out the top bun and all of the other condiments like mayo or "special" sauce, you could still look up the nutrional value, but reduce the serving size to "0.75".
