I think that coffee is from a powder, but I'm not sure. So here is what I have in my calorie counter book. For 8oz it lists 60 calories and 2.5 grams of fat. Powders seem to less calories than a cream based product, so I guess it depends on the machine. The ones I've seen workers refilling have been powders. Just remember that logging something is better than nothing in your food diary!:flowerforyou:0

Ok, I called the company-Cuda coffee and I am waiting for a call back. They do not list the infor on the web anywhere.
If it is like the powder I used when I managed an espresso bar-High calories-High sugar-High carbs.
Sorry if it is try:sad:0 -

Hey - thats not too bad. Except I like to get the 20 oz. cups :blushing: Good thing I quit drinking them in an effort to keep sugar consumption down. That would be 250 cals for 1 cuppa :noway:0

This is really good information. An eye opener. The stats are based on that 6 or 8 oz cup size but we all go for the big one, after all, it's a long time until we stop for gas again!!0
