Hi! My tip is set yourself an exercise goal. A race, a sponsored walk or similar. If people are sponsoring you, you'll have more motivation to keep up the good work and not let yourself or those sponsoring you down!

I found that training for a 10k really helped when I was struggling. Like Lizzie, I turn to exercise. Set yourself a goal and stick to it.
