I struggle with cellulite (had it since before puberty) and I notice that it always makes a bigger appearance after I eat heavily processed foods or don't regularly work out for a few days. As for surgical methods, the reason women have cellulite is actually due to how the skin is structured, so even if you did get…

As you consume more calories, it is true that you'll gain more weight, but it will be nowhere near this much from actual bodyweight. It's just water. (: Keep hydrated and the water weight should go down over time.

I'm in recovery from atypical AN (late stages, yay!) and I've experienced this as well. I would not qualify this kind of eating as a binge because your body is still lacking vital nutrition and is using hunger cues to make you renourish itself. I used to have periods where I ate everything I could get my hands on (2000+…

I've been recovered for about 8 months now. I've been cleared for exercise and discharged from OP for a while. I don't really know what my maintenance intake is at the moment because I've been eating mostly intuitively for a while and I quit counting calories. Thanks for the comment, it really helps.

It sounds like too little in my opinion, especially with all the cardio you do. I try to eat around 1600 myself, with about 6 meals a day.

I would like to know if anyone finds a result to this. Personally, I had EDNOS for about four years and have been recovering for a year and am now wanting to gain. I also have a faddy relationship with exercise regimes, but I love lifting and have just started following flexible dieting. It's going well so far. (I have a…

My best advice to give you is to just keep pushing through. Recovering is an incredibly slow process. I stopped gaining at about a bmi of 18, and m doctors liked that weight on me, but I took the initiative to keep gaining. I eat around 6-7 meals a day now and I try to keep my protein intake high.

I suffered with ednos for five years and had lost quite a bit despite my rapid weight loss. I felt horrid though, and it resulted in losing everything I had worked for.

Make sure that youre getting a sufficient amount of protein. From there, weights are the best. Also, don't be afraid of a little weight gain when building a booty. It happens.

Yoga really aids in balance and flexibility, as well as negative energy. For weight loss, however, I would definitely suggest pilates. You'll work up a nice sweat, and the exercises really strengthen and tone. I suggest Cassey Ho's instruction if you haven't seen it yet; she puts a whole new spin on pilates!

I am restored from ednos (now working on mental restoration) and I found that I did best when I was on a diet of about 2500 as I was getting closer to bmi 18 and after that I had cut it down to 2000. I'm now getting around 1500-1600,as I am about six months out from weight restoration. I never got into the whole Minnie…
