I started the 30 day shred the day before thanksgiving and had to rest for a couple days. I was so sore I couold walk without hurting. Well I did the shred level one last night and I am very surprised that I can walk today without hurting for 3 days like the last time. Jillian was right I think my body is adapting.

I am thinking about giving the Jillian a second chance, its been a few days and I can finally walk with out hurting. Although squating still hurts. Hopefully she won't kill me this time.

Jillian and the doctor both had some awesome advice on eating right and some really shocking fatcs about over comsumption during the holidays. I like seeing her on there so much I bought the 30 day shred.

I did it! I did it! Decided to give it another try after an a couple hours of rest. Those squats really had my legs just shaking trembling hard core, but it got better towards the end of the level with less squats. Just did Day One! level one!

arrrg Just bought the DVD today and started level one. Totally kicked my out of shape A%#! Only made it haft way through before my legs were shaking so bad and hurting and I gave up. Sorry I will give it a another try tomorrow.

I got really into the twilight saga last spring. Read everybook. I am excited about New Moon but prolly will be a disappoinment. I was very disappointed with Twilight after reading the book and I am sadly expecting to same with New Moon . Movie is never as good as the book :frown:

I am soo excited!! So I have been having big salads ( leaf lettuce, carrots, celery, bella mushrooms, tomatoe, olive oil/ vinegret dressing) instead of the usual dinner and tonight my 2 year old son was much more interested in eating my salad with me than his dinner. I think you a very beatiful, that being said. Like you said the pictures she was looking at of your body were old pictures. If she had the recent ones she might think your goals were reasonable
