I've come to the conclusion that people just say dumb *kitten* *kitten* out of their mouth because they have nothing better to say. When I was pregnant, you wouldn't believe the intrusive questions I would get from perfect strangers (even men)! I have already gotten comments at work about how I don't need to lose anymore…

Today, I am making sure I don't drink any sodas. That is my nemesis & I plan to kick that habit soon. I got my Crystal Light packets & I'm ready for a no soda day!

All the time. I just don't talk about weight loss at all with them. When they try to offer advice, I just say "OK" & keep it moving.

Mom to a 4 year old here....add me if you want! I know the struggle. I had horrible mommy guilt when I started going to the gym & putting my daughter in the kiddie care there. I felt horrible that my daughter was in daycare all day because I work, then I was turning right back around & putting in her in daycare all over…

I'm 38....although my MFP tracker says I lost 27lbs it is actually closer to 35lbs (I never corrected my starting weight...gah!). I still need to lose about another 35lbs to be where I want to be. Feel free to add me as a friend!

In my case, I have a harder time getting my eating in order. I have found exercise classes at my gym that I really enjoy. Plus, I also have made new gym friends that help keep me accountable with my exercise. My gym friends & I text each other several times a week to make sure we are going to make our class, I love them…

I have been logging my food & exercising this week. The holiday threw off my exercise schedule because my gym was closing early. So my Monday evening class was canceled....grumble, grumble. Today, I ingested ridiculous amounts of Coca Cola. I couldn't help it, I was in training all day & needed to stay up. I don't drink coffee or tea, so it had to be Coke. I will be logging in this treacherous Coke I drank… sigh. I need a support group for soda drinkers… lol!

I bought myself a heart rate monitor to know exactly how many calories I am burning. I wear it every time I work out. So even if the GPS in my app goes awry (which affects how many calories burned based on the functionality of the app), at least I know exactly how many calories I burned & I just log it in.

One thing I have noticed is that my depression has completely lifted. I was in a very dark place & since I started getting active & taking control of my life: I feel GREAT!

Yep, my boobs have definitely gone down. I used to be a D cup, now I am a C cup. It doesn't really bother me much, pregnancy & everything that goes with it made my boobs become shape-shifters. LMFAO!

I totally understand falling off the wagon. I am one of those people that once I get started, I can't stop. If I stop, I fall off the wagon too. So even on vacation, I still log what I eat & I make sure to stay in a hotel that has a fitness center. That way I can get at least 30 minutes on the treadmill in the morning &…

I do cardio twice a week & strength training 4x a week. I mainly do cardio for caloric burn so that I can eat more. Supposedly it improves cardiovascular & circulatory health. I just like it so I incorporate it in my exercise regimen.

Not trying to be cliché but drink some water. I am one of those people that can keep on eating until I am about to burst at the seams. I had to retrain myself not to eat like that. Whenever I felt the urge to eat simply because I wasn't stuffed, I drank water. It really helped.

I had the same exact problem, I work full time and am a mom to a 4 year old little girl. I had a membership to Planet Fitness but I never went. By the time my husband got home from work it was pretty late & I was just too exhausted to go. So I had to make an honest assessment of myself & figure out how I can fit in…
