Thank you for sharing. You are an amazing inspiration! My mother suffered from high blood pressure and diabetes and I lost her 3 years ago. While I don't have either, both run in my family and I am approx 60 lbs over my ideal weight. I figure if I don't lose the weight, its just a matter of time.... and reading stories…
