My mom has this and if she doesn't have the right shoes, she ends up in tears from the pain. Arch support and thicker cushioning through the heel helps her. I would suggest going to a good shoe store where the sales people can help with proper fitting and support.

I'm right there with ya with the Geodon ( and other psych meds). I am constantly hungry. Not just snacky or craving, but full-on- I-feel-like-I-haven't-eaten-all-day hunger. I've been watching what I eat for a few weeks now and have lost a few pounds, so for me, at least, I know weight loss is possible. I'm still usually…

I was on Depo in high school and I absolutely gained weight, 20 - 30 lbs. It can definitely increase your appetite. I was hungry - not just snacky but legitimately hungry - all the time. If nothing else in your life has changed except the Depo, than I'd say that was probably the culprit. I'm no expert, though. You should…

What a difference! You look great! Keep it going!

Curves are super sexy! Great attitude!

Congrats to both of you! You both look amazing and have inspired me to try to get my DH on board with this lifestyle change.

I think that salad sounds better than a cheeseburger! Yum!

I don't think the report function is totally accurate. I just checked mine and it shows one day I had a net of negative 400 calories! I double checked my diary and I was under, but nothing that dramatic.

Park farther away, take the stairs, do jumping jacks, pushups and situps during commercial breaks. It all adds up, but it's not going to be a miraculous amount of calories burned.

I was in a rut all this past week. Just wanted to stay in bed all day. But I finally dragged my butt to the gym. I kept telling myself "you only have to do 20 minutes" or "you only have to go so fast." But by the time I got there and got into it I went longer and faster than I told myself I had to. I agree, thinking about…

Some people (like me) go everyday. Some people only go every couple of days, which is fine as long as it's not hard or painful to go. Everyone is a little different. But if you notice a big change in frequency or consistency, you should probably check with your doctor.

Level one, done!

Funny and fantastic! Good for you!

Tall boots is definitely one of my goals. Kudos to you for achieving that!

Ack! I'm right there with ya. Breakfast is usually my cheat meal. I just love breakfast!

Zumba! Burns lots of calories and is a ton of fun, even if you're not a dancer. My husband loves it, too.

300! Done!

I love Zumba and I am by no means a dancer. My husband even went with me last week and he loved it, even though he was the only guy in the class. You burn a ton of calories, it's fun and I don't feel like it's too hard on my joints.

You look amazing! Never would have guesses your weight. Keep up the good work!

You look great! And to think it only took seven months! That's amazing and so motivating!

Not on Lexapro, but on Geodon, Seroquel and Lamictal for bipolar. Was on abilify, but I gained 8 lbs in 2 weeks because I was constantly starving. The geodon still makes me hungier than normal, but my moods are so stable with this cocktail that I don't want to mess with it. I've started drinking lots of water and watching…

Added you! Anyone can feel free to add me. I love to support others!

I wasn't to keen on the idea, either, but I got used to it. Sort of tastes like turkey jerky. Don't expect it to taste like the real thing.

Looking good! Keep it up!
