Food you refuse to give up?
I've read the thread about things people have given up, but I was wondering: What are the things that you absolutely refuse to give up? For me it's my International Delights Caramel Macchiato creamer. I've tried the sugar free/fat free and it tasted awful. But I'm careful to stick to a serving size and limit how many cups…

I've been reading different threads about eating too much or not enough and I'm confused. I even read the in place of a road map thread. Should I eat them even if I'm not really hungry? How do I figure that out? Lots of questions and I'm sure they've been answered a gazillion…

Phew, this is gonna be a lot of work!
Hi! I'm pretty new to MFP. Been tracking calories for about 2 weeks now and was surprised that I've already lost 1 pound without much exercise. I'm currently at 218 lbs and a size 18. My target weight is 146. That's 72 lbs to lose. At 2 lbs a week, I think I can reach my goal in about 9 months. I'm tired of being…
