I've seen lots of people talk about adding protein powder to smoothies, yogurt, etc. I was wondering where you get it and what brands are good. And what I should be looking for in a good powder. Thanks!

I opt for the cheapest i can find. There is really no difference in the 40$ jug at costco vs the 80$ from a supplement store. Taste is also really secondary to me most of the time. So you might want to try out some flavours that you like.0

I went to GNC (a sports supplement store) and got what was on sale (whey protein).
I have such a hard time getting enough protein in a day, so I use the powder to help me achieve those goals.0 -
I just bought Thompsons Red8 vanilla why protein and can't stand it. I find the vanilla flavour quite strong. You can get unflavoured ones though. I made protein bars with it though - yummo. A protein shake makes a great mid morning snack though I have to say.0
