water water water, yes, it will make you feel more full..... but also help "de bloat" you. avoid salts & fats & sugars for a day or 2. eat vegs again, flushing things away......

anyone can add me. its one day at a atime for all of us, and sometimes 1 hr. but every good choice is a victory :) welcome aboard. remember. you dont have to do everythign TODAY! you just have to make today better than yesterday

hold your breath & choke it down. I usually use MUCH less water so theres less volume to ingest. I will then drink water afterwards (mostly to wash away the tast...)

no one "made" you do anything. you over ate & we 've all done it. dont do it often & learn how to eat small amounts of it & quite beating yourself up & take a long walk & drink lots of water & get good nutrition in today

may be a case of "if you're showing it on national tv, it better be perfect & it aint" as in "dont flaunt what you dont got" it may be a comment on her vanity not being sustained by reality and that may be the difference.

I'm 5' 0 if I drink lots of water, spread my protein out thru the day, and maybe a bit top heavy in the morning & eat lots of vegs. I dont get too hungry often eg. I eat either plain 0% fat greek yogurt or an egg for breakfast. then get to work & eat between then & lunch at noon, 1 granola bar w/at least 6 grams & perhaps…
