I cramp like crazy, I retain water even tho I dont eat a lot of salt. I retain where i'm fat (everywhere) and I cramp where I retain. doing SOMETHING gets my circulation going which reduces water retention which reduces cramping & actually makes life better. so do which ever feels most comfortable but do at least some…

thankful I got to spend the morning yesterday with an old friend & we did a 5k walk together thankful i'm healthier than I have a right to expect. thankful for hubby & my pets (no kids) and while I didnt get a holiday today, the reduction in traffic from those who could stay home reduced my commute by almost 1/2 hr.

if you really want it to be the first day of a healthyer you, it will be. every day make better decisiosn. some days not so great, but just work towards it. log EVERYTHING. it sucks but its educational & you do start asking yourself if you really want that item. feel free to add me if you like

Deep breath log everything you ate today. take a walk log teh walk repeat tomorrow only a longer walk repeate day after that. look on youtube for exercise videos and do one and/or take a longe walk repeat you CAN lose the weight. you can likely get into that dress in 2-3 wks. find you caloreis & stick to them
