Igrix & Arrseegee~ Yes, I would love to be fit and healthy but when u diet and exercise for 3 months straight and you step on the scale and nothing has happened it is extremely disappointing. I am seeing a therapist. Mason was my 4th baby to die. I have had 3 miscarriages and Preterm labor with Mason at 5 months. I have been diagnosed as PTSD.
