I LOVE QUEST BARS!! They take maybe two to get used to but after that you are hooked. My favorites are choc chip cookie dough (microwave it for 15 second - heaven!), chocolate brownie and coconut cashew. I tried banana nut and apple pie I didn't really like those. If you don't like them right away give them a second chance…

Bananas, Sweet Potato (these are both SO cheap), canned tuna, some greek yogurts (there is often 10/$10 at my grocery store).

Thanks @juliadr, but I don't know if you read the rest of my post - when I used my heart rate monitor it said 442! I assumed it was around 150, like you said, but now I don't know!

I am 5"3 and about 137 pounds, I wear a size 6 jeans and a M top. My goal weight is 120 pounds, which I think will put me in size 4's (hopefully!!). Any 120 pounders have any feedback on this?? Also would love to see pics of anyone 5"3 and 120 for some inspiration!!
