My goodness! I like the Hydroxycut Hardcore. I take them on occasion, but in cycles. I will take them for a couple of weeks, then stop for a few weeks, then back on again. They aren't "magic" and they aren't BAD either. They are a tool. You have to use them as a tool.

I think the bigger issue is that you need to feel OVER FULL to be satisfied. It is better to over indulge on veggies, but you are still over indulging. Are you tracking calories? How do those look? Are you eating over a 20+ minute period, so your tummy gets the message? I am more interested in calories than size of veggie…

I would try dropping your sugar intake- eating lower carbs may help. More water as well. 4 cups a day isn't enough!! Can you get more exercise in? Are you lifting weights at all?

It is just HAIR. I have mine really short, and LOVE it. Do it. If you don't have a hair attachment issue, you should have no problem. Some love long hair, mine always bugged me. I would end up putting it up all of the time to get it out of my face, and what is the point of that?! I wish I had done it far sooner.

I thought this too! Watermelon is VERY high in sugar, as are bananas. Peanut butter (and other nut butters and Sunbutter) are VERY high calorie, and it is SO easy to eat half a jar!
