Thanks for the replies. I decided not to skip recovery tomorrow and add a 3 mile run at lunch. I will also just pick up where I left off when I get back from my weekend.

I am on day 11 and love it. I am in pretty good shape, ran 3 miles 3-4 a day and have done a couple of 10ks and one 1/2 marathon. It is a difficult work out but I have managed to do almost all of it. I am on day 10 and love love love the program. I jump out of bed at 5:00 to do it :) This thread is motivating me even more. My plan is to weigh and measure when I do the fit test next week. hoping for some results.

Have a 3 year old that thankfully sleeps till 6:30/7:00. I get my workout in between 4:30 and 5:00 am
