Sorry - maybe I wasn’t entirely clear. I’m looking for more ways to increase my fiber overall, but the option to have higher fiber protein shakes can’t be a bad thing! Moreover, I’m just looking for little adds I can make (I would have never thought of okra) in any daily meal. Thanks

My absolute favourite: 2 poached eggs (140cal) 2 slices "little big bread", by Silver Hills (110cal) green onion tomato red onion salsa (i like home made the best) cilantro a bit of feta DELISH. I like this best in the morning or post morning workout
