I’m looking for creative ways to get more fiber in during the day, specifically for breakfast in protein shakes and meals other than oatmeal. Are they any protein powders with higher fiber content?

I add milled flax seeds to my shakes and even my scrambled eggs in the morning. It is high in fiber.1

Could just add more non starchy veggies. Broccoli, spinach, kale, cauliflower, okra... ect... are full of fiber!0 -
The best thing I did to increase my daily fiber is add more beans and lentils. In addition, they have a pretty balanced macro mix, that I personally find really filling.
However you decide to do it, increase your fiber slowly over time. Rapid changes in fiber consumption one way or the other can be ummm digestively distressing4 -

No lie sister! Why do people want to add fiber when mother nature made such good sources? My question to OP is, are you going to add fiber to a protein shake for the rest of your life?0 -

Sorry - maybe I wasn’t entirely clear. I’m looking for more ways to increase my fiber overall, but the option to have higher fiber protein shakes can’t be a bad thing! Moreover, I’m just looking for little adds I can make (I would have never thought of okra) in any daily meal. Thanks0 -
I use wheat bran as a dietary fiber - either as part of breakfast muesli or mixed in with stews / soups. 1 table spoon is enough.1

Well... I was just suggesting IF you are going to drink your nutrition, your choice no right or wrong, add some frozen spinach or kale. Not only get the fiber, but the micro nutrients, iron, vitamins c, k... ect... best of luck!😁0

You can add flaxseed or other ingredients with fiber in a smoothie. Adds calories, but also healthy fats. If you add avocado (I often do, and have it on the side with a veg omelet breakfast), it also adds some fiber. Various kinds of berries and some fruit/veg will too, of course.
My best way of getting in fiber is beans/lentils, however. If I have them, I'm always quite high for the day (my goal is 30+ and I'm usually around 40).2 -
Psyllium husk is great to add to shakes or yogurt. It’s 7g of fiber for 2 TB I bought the NOW brand at Sprouts. Avocados and whole grain toast are great for fiber and raspberries as well.
Kashi go lean has a crazy amount of fiber if you ever want a good healthy cereal.

If you’re into protein bars, Quest bars are pretty high in both protein and fiber for the calories.0

=Soluble corn fiber based (same as what is in Quest bars...currently)
More conventional supplement route - psyllium with no additives/sweeteners:

If you are into baking- a teaspoon/TBS or oat fiber is a great add in. Chia in puddings, flax seed in shakes.0
