I'm married to one, does that count? LOL

I downloaded this photo as a reference. It helped me, maybe it will help you?

Every single person I know of that has done the shots has lost tons of weight. Every single person I know of that has done the shots gained back the weight...and then some (or a lot) on top of it. They were no better, or worse off, in the end and were out a boat load of money. Good luck on your try at it, it would be nice…

Go back and read this, it is very helpful. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/225765-how-mfp-works

Have you thought about reducing your calorie intake? When I was losing weight MFP had my baseline at 1200 calories a day and I ate back my workout calories. I lost about 1-2 pounds a week doing that. It was slow, but it worked. Then I went up to only losing .5 a week, easing into maintenance and it had me at about 1450 a…

I find I have the opposite problem, only with women. I made friends easier with women 25 pounds ago. Now that I am thin it is almost like they turn their nose up at me - unless it is a woman that is thin. I find it odd.

You look great - and so much younger!!!
-
Wow, you look so much younger too!! Way to go!!
-
Wow, what an amazing transformation. That is so wonderful you have stuck with it!! Huge inspiration.

Exercise, then you can eat more. :) Once I figured that one out there is rarely a day that goes by that I am not running. It really helped me stay on track.

Like a couple of other's here I would strongly suggest you lose the weight before you do the reduction. If all goes right you might just need a lift in the end. I went down a bra size after I lost 25 lbs. Sucks for me, not blessed up top, LOL. I have had two very good friends get reductions and then went on to lose weight.…

Great job! I find that if I just start out at a brisk walk and then go to a slow jog and speed up from there that I do not have leg problems. If I try to stretch before I go for a run my shins ache or I have other nagging problems. Definitely do not ignore shin pain though, shin splints suck to get rid of. I ignored them…

Pizza! LOL I am one of those that just counts calories - purely calories in and calories out. I had pizza tonight and two chicken sandwiches. Yum.

Well said!

Way to go! I know that feeling. I started back running on January 1st and can run 6 miles now w/out stopping. I am so proud of myself. It is the little goals. :)

How tall are you? I think that always makes a difference too.
-
Holy crap!
-
You look great!

I do it that way. I eat whatever I want and keep it at 1200 calories and eat most of my workout calories. I am up a couple of pounds today but was bloated when I woke up this morning (my "friend" is visiting). Two days ago it said I had lost 16 pounds, LOL.

Great job!!!

This post made me laugh. Just today I was telling someone that as of today I was under what my drivers license says I weigh - when I took the picture I totally lied! LOL

I would be inclined to think that you are grossly over-estimating your workout calories and are consuming to much to lose weight. If you were eating those foods before then I don't think the sodium would would make you gain weight since you never lost it by reducing it in the first place. If you were watching your sodium…

I totally understand how you would feel, especially at that age. That is kind of young for ice cream in my opinion. I have older kids and have been where you are (mine are 6 and 9 now). Over all through time you can't prevent them from having that stuff, you just have to teach them that everything is fine in moderation. My…

Yesterday I ran 3 miles in under 30 minutes (29 actually). That was a running goal for me since I started back at it at the beginning of the year. I was very proud of myself. :)

Same here. I have been the only one that has stuck with it. Either that or they turn their noses up at counting calories. Honestly, I NEVER in my life thought I would count calories. It works though....

The skinny jeans I was trying to fit back into when I started this journey are now very loose on me! It is amazing what just 15 pounds can do to your body.
-
I would weigh yourself every day. I know it helps me for sure. I started out with a goal of 20 lbs and am pretty close to my first goal weight, but I have never been "over weight". My weight loss chart reads like an EKG chart! LOL. It has for sure made me realize that drinking even one night kills my progress. I go up and…

You look great and all, but that is not the same as a stretched out baby belly. LOL

It will probably get better, but it most likely will not completely go away. There are some things about motherhood you just can't erase, LOL. My sister worked out a lot and looked great - except for her tummy. Wrinkly and kind of hangy - she didn't stretch well while pregnant. She ended up having a tummy tuck to get her…

Wow, what a difference! Way to go!!
