I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning after using the washroom and before drinking anything.

It would bother me a lot! The one thing I try not to give too many details is how aggressively I'm trying to lose weight. Words like low-carb or slow-carb and high protein ring the fad diet alarm bells in some people and I really am not interested in having a judgemental conversation with anyone.
